1. Please post in complete sentences!

2. If you post and no one has posted behind you EDIT your post instead of posting a Double post unless you are in the creative writing area.

3. Please watch what you are saying in here, keep bad language to a minimum and be respectful of others.

4. Keep your Character Bios short and succinct. Only ONE post per player per Role Play.

5. We know some of you have very involved characters that you have been developing, and would LOVE to see them, unlike some places the more detailed the better, be creative but most of all have fun.

6. Members are only allowed to have ONE account, unless they can keep all accounts active.

7. You are responsible for whatever happens on your account, DO NOT give out your password to anyone.

8. Swearing within reason will be permitted. Excessive sexual vulgarities or swearing will result in being banned from the forum. Excessive vulgarities may include cybering, the act of "raping" another player or discussing it as such.

9. Racial slurs and other disparaging remarks towards a specific race/gender/group/ethnicity will not be tolerated ANYWHERE in the forum. Period. This includes private mails and chat.

10. Profile images, avatars, character bios, battle pics and signatures with nudity, or otherwise offensive images will be removed, and may result in being banned from forum.

11. You can advertise games here but please limit the talk to pm or chat box.

12. Do not spam the staff's mailbox, if you have a problem, message one of us once. We will deal with your problem in a timely manner.

13. Do not harass other members; use common sense on this one.

14. Impersonating another player or staff member will result in being banned from the forum.

15. Forum signatures are to be kept to a reasonable size, 400 X 250 pixels is the rule.

16. Spamming in the forum or mails is not allowed. If you Spam expect to be banned.

17. Common sense rules are not posted here, if you can't determine the difference between what is ok, and what is not, you should consider not interacting with other people or doing the questionable act until you do understand.

These rules are subject to change without notice; check them from time to time, as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse. ALL players in The House of Night community are required to follow the rules.
